Harry Kahn had taught his son already as a child what a nice cow should look like and also took him to the livestock markets. There he would tell potential buyers, "My son is going to show you what a good cow is," and then Fredy would perform: "It has to be this wide, have a nice head, nice legs and a big udder." That was a spectacle for the farmers.
