There are no photographs of Trude’s work at the Friedrich-Luisen-Hospice in Bad Dürrheim. However, a photo album that documents the life at the Friedrich-Luisen-Hospice remains in Heidelberg, in the Central Archives for Research on the History of the Jews in Germany.
The photographs from this album reflect the atmosphere of the children’s home well. The children, who stayed here to recuperate, could play, read, and were fed through an in-house kosher kitchen.
